- Additional person per cabin is $25 per day or $150 per week
- Children 5 and under stay free
- Pets are welcome in all cabins for a fee of $10 per pet per night
- Maine lodging tax (7%) is not include in rates
- A two night minimum stay is required
- 50% deposit required to book a reservation
- Balance of rental is due upon arrival
- Security deposit ($100) or credit card on file required at check-in
- No refunds for early departure
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- No smoking in the cabins (security deposit will be forfeit if cabin needs deodorizing)
- We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders made payable to Beaver Cove Camps
- We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards
- Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded (via U.S. Mail) if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation is subject to a $25.00 processing fee

| Returning Customer | 10% | If you have stayed with us within the past 5 years and we can verify it (i.e. the reservation must have been in your name), then we'll take 10% off the nightly or weekly rate. |
| Military | 10% | Present an activity US military identification card when checking in and we will gladly take 10% off your cabin rental. |
| Senior Citizen | 15% | If you are 65 and over, present your driver's license as verification and we'll take 15% off your nightly or weekly rate. |
